The patented equipment includes a body and a gantry, with the gantry firmly connected to the top of the body, a feeding device at the bottom, and a cleaning device inside the body.

In practical operation, when the electric hoist is started, it will move backwards along the guide rail frame, driving the casting at the bottom of the rotating unit into the interior of the machine body. Next, the rotating motor is started, and the rotating shaft rotates inside the fixed bearing, causing the casting on the hook to rotate accordingly, thereby achieving comprehensive shot blasting cleaning of the casting. At the same time, the recycling motor drives the recycling shaft to rotate, and the recycling screw on the outer surface of the recycling shaft grinds the sand balls at the bottom of the machine to the recycling port for recycling. This innovative design greatly improves the efficiency and quality of casting cleaning, and has a leading advantage in the industry.
